- Promote Product Acceptance and Sales Growth
Work actively to increase product acceptance and generate sales within the assigned territory or customer base.
- Support Brand Visibility
Represent the brand effectively in the market by ensuring strong visibility and helping drive awareness through consistent and professional interactions.
- Customer Interaction and Support
Engage with customers positively to understand their needs, address queries, and keep them informed about product updates and offerings.
- Ensure Product Availability
Coordinate with distributors and retailers to ensure continuous availability of products, avoiding any stock shortages.
- Sales Execution
Follow the sales plan and achieve individual sales targets by visiting outlets, taking orders, and maintaining productive relationships with trade partners.
- Team Coordination
Collaborate closely with team members and report key insights or challenges to the reporting manager for resolution and strategic action.
- Uphold Company Values
Carry out all duties in line with the company’s values, policies, and ethical standards.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
Education:
Experience:
- 3-6 years
- Preferably Alcobev space or FMCG
Skills & Competencies:
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to influence people.
- High-level sales and negotiation skills
- IT understanding
- Ability to create budgets and sales reports.
- Strong organisational and planning skill
