- Drive Market Acceptance and Sales Growth
Strategically enhance the acceptability of our products in existing markets to accelerate sales performance and revenue growth.
- Strengthen Brand Visibility and Positioning
Implement impactful branding initiatives to improve brand representation, visibility, and customer recall.
- Customer Engagement and Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by addressing their concerns effectively and keeping them informed about product updates to support sales.
- Inventory Management
Ensure consistent product availability across all assigned territories by preventing stockouts and managing supply levels efficiently.
- Sales Team Leadership
Lead and mentor a dynamic sales team, fostering motivation and professional development to drive consistent sales outcomes.
- Sales Target Achievement
Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement data-driven strategies to meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
- Adherence to Company Values
Conduct all responsibilities in alignment with the company’s values, ethical standards, and code of conduct.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
Education:
- MBA/ PGDM from reputed B School
Experience:
- 8+ years
- Preferably Alcobev space or FMCG
Skills & Competencies:
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to influence people.
- High-level sales and negotiation skills
- IT understanding
- Ability to create budgets and sales reports.
- Strong organisational and planning skill
Travel:
This job may require travelling
