    1. Drive Market Acceptance and Sales Growth
      Strategically enhance the acceptability of our products in existing markets to accelerate sales performance and revenue growth.
    2. Strengthen Brand Visibility and Positioning
      Implement impactful branding initiatives to improve brand representation, visibility, and customer recall.
    3. Customer Engagement and Relationship Management
      Build and maintain strong customer relationships by addressing their concerns effectively and keeping them informed about product updates to support sales.
    4. Inventory Management
      Ensure consistent product availability across all assigned territories by preventing stockouts and managing supply levels efficiently.
    5. Sales Team Leadership
      Lead and mentor a dynamic sales team, fostering motivation and professional development to drive consistent sales outcomes.
    6. Sales Target Achievement
      Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement data-driven strategies to meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
    7. Adherence to Company Values
      Conduct all responsibilities in alignment with the company’s values, ethical standards, and code of conduct.

     

    Qualifications, Experience & Skills

    Education:

    • MBA/ PGDM from reputed B School


    Experience:

    • 8+ years
    • Preferably Alcobev space or FMCG


    Skills & Competencies:

    1. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
    2. Ability to influence people.
    3. High-level sales and negotiation skills
    4. IT understanding
    5. Ability to create budgets and sales reports.
    6. Strong organisational and planning skill


    Travel:

    This job may require travelling
